District Profile

LINDMORE IRRIGATION DISTRICT BELONGS TO :

 

FRIANT WATER AUTHORITY - delivers district water supply via the Friant-Kern Canal from Millerton Lake in Fresno.  Protects our surface water supply.


FRIANT POWER AUTHORITY - uses the Friant-Kern & Madera Canal deliveries and Friant Dam releases to the San Joaquin River to generate power.  Provides an average of $1,000,000 per year for the district.


EAST KAWEAH GROUNDWATER SUSTAINABILITY AGENCY - is developing and ultimately implementing a groundwater sustainability plan for the portion of the Kaweah sub-basin that the district is located.
